The procedure for a candidate to take from making an initial application to obtaining a work authorization and Visa is follows:
 
1. Application
  Please write a resume together with a cover letter to us by email. Alternatively, please fill out the online application form. Please do not forget to attach you own scanned picture.
2. Assessment and Interview
  We will review your application and undertake a telephone or direct interview to assess his or her suitability and eligibility.
3. Indicative Letter
  We will issue an Indicative Letter or call to you, if the initial assessment turned out to be positive.
4. Payment of Service Fee
  Please settle your payment of service fee with your credit card or deposit it into our bank account from your bank or internet.
5. Job Offer
  Our Korean partners will discuss with possible employers. Securing a job offer, they will draw an agreement and send it to you for your signing.
6. Contract
  The Contract will be read and signed and sent back to our office by fax or express mail.
7. Work Authorization
  We will obtain your work authorization letter from the Korean Authority and send it to you.
8. Visa Stamp
  We will be responsible for the visa processing as well. We will have your passport stamped from the nearest Korean Consulate or the Korean Embassy in Canada.
9. Airline Ticket
  Making a reservation for you, an airline ticket will be sent by either express mail to your home address. ( Teachers on summer camps should be responsible for air tickets by himself or herself )
